Some of God's promises to individuals . . . .
Look at God's promises to those who are in Jesus Christ!
But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (John 1:12-13 WEB)
Learn what God promised to those who repent. "The people who sat in darkness saw a great light, To those who sat in the region and shadow of death, To them light has dawned." From that time, Jesus began to preach, and to say, "Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." (Matthew 4:16-17 WEB)
Do you know what promises God made about the Kingdom of Heaven?
Jesus answered him, "Most assuredly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can't see the Kingdom of God." Nicodemus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born?" Jesus answered, "Most assuredly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can't enter into the Kingdom of God! (John 3:3-5 WEB)
Are you aware of God's promises about sin?
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 KJV)
Learn what promises God made to help us during times of temptation.
No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. (1Corinthans 10:13 NASB)
Guess what God says about witchcraft and the occult?
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king. (1 Samuel 15:23 KJV)
God Promised that I can be one of God's children.
But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name: who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (John 1:12-13 WEB)
Therefore, "'Come out from among them, And be separate,' says the Lord, 'Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you. I will be to you a Father. You will be to me sons and daughters,' says the Lord Almighty." (2 Corinthians 6:17-18 WEB)
Some of God's promises to nations . . . .
God promised to Make nations strong
In Leviticus 26, God promised the Israelites that He would make their nation powerful if they kept His commands.
God will heal our land
God told His people how to heal their land in 2 Chronicles 7:14
He will be our God, and we will be His people.
Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, "I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people." (2 Corinthians 6:14-16 WEB)
